1. About the Business
This programme is provided by Alison Rachel Hodgkinson, trading as 77 Creative Recovery, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing a place on the 7:7 Sketchbook programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Programme
7:7 Sketchbook is a seven-week online creative course delivered via live Zoom sessions.
Your purchase includes:

Access to seven live online sessions

Access to session recordings
-
Supporting materials where applicable
This is a pilot (beta) cohort. Content and structure may be refined in future iterations.
Recordings will be available to participants for [3 months] from the start date of the programme.
3. Eligibility
This programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
7:7 Sketchbook is educational and creative in nature. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or medical advice. Participation is voluntary.
If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.
4. Payment
The fee for the July beta cohort is £77.00, payable in full at the time of booking.
Access to the programme is granted upon successful payment.
All payments are processed securely via Wix Payments.
5. Cooling-Off Period (Your Right to Cancel)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of booking.
If you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed the course materials or attended a live session, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you choose to access course materials or attend a live session within the 14-day period, and you have agreed at checkout to immediate access, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel.
6. Refund Policy After the Programme Begins
Once the programme has commenced, refunds are not available.
If you are unable to attend a live session, recordings will be provided.
Failure to attend live sessions does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Access and Use of Materials
All course materials, recordings, written content, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Alison Rachel Hodgkinson.
Materials are provided for personal use only.
You may not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials

Record live sessions

Share Zoom links with non-participants
Access to recordings is time-limited as stated above.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in live sessions and any associated communication.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
9. Technical Access
It is your responsibility to ensure you have:

A stable internet connection

Access to Zoom

Suitable equipment to participate
No refunds are provided for technical issues on the participant’s side.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participation in 7:7 Sketchbook is voluntary.
No specific creative or personal outcomes are guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total course fee paid (£77).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
